“Tour de Pond” pits Arnold and Gerald against Rex Smythe-Higgins III – and seven decades of bad blood – in a boat race where there’s more than a first-place trophy on the line. “Teachers’ Strike” unfortunately turns the kids of PS 118 into scabs after the teaching staff leverages collective action against Principal Wartz’s abusive budget cuts.
